How it works
HOW TO UPLOAD PHOTOS OR COMMENTS:
There are two ways to add your pictures or your commentary to the Interactive Gallery:
1) BECOME A REGISTERED USER (recommended)
Registration is VERY simple and has several benefits. Registered users can upload photos, manage their own photos (i.e. remove them), add comments and even send messages to each other.
To register, simply go to the gallery, click 'register' to create a FREE account (powered by nabble.com) then login and upload your photos. Please see the tip below on choosing a username:
When registering you don't have to input any personal details other than an email address (which is not made visible). You will be asked to create a username (display name), the username will be displayed with any photos or content that you post on the site, so keep this in mind when deciding what username to type in. Choose something anonymous sounding if you prefer. You are of course very welcome to type your full name as your username, if you don't mind it being displayed. As you can see my username is simply Gavin, and this is shown on my posts. You can change your username at any time.
Your email address is not disclosed anywhere on the website.
OR...
2) JUST EMAIL YOUR PHOTOS OR OTHER CONTENT, DIRECTLY TO THE WEBSITE EDITOR
Send your photos to me (Gavin, the website editor), preferably by email and they will be added to the website for you, to either the interactive gallery, archival photos section or wherever is most appropriate.

If sending photos via Gavin:
Please state whether you
want a caption shown next to an image or not. If you don't specifiy anything
then I'll simply add the photo with no caption and not mention or credit the contributor, this is to respect your privacy.
If at any time you wish to remove from the site any photos that were added for you, then just let me know and I'll remove them for you, promptly.
HOW TO MESSAGE OTHER USERS:
After registering, you will see a list of other registered users on the right hand side, you can click them and then choose to send them an email message. You will not see their email address when you send the message. When they receive your message, they will see your email address and be able to reply to it directly without visiting the website.
If you want to get in touch with old classmates, you could try posting
a message in Interactive Gallery asking old classmates to reply to the
message (you don’t have to give contact details). Other
users can send you an email by replying to your posted message using the “reply to author” option
when they are reading your message. You would receive their replies via
email.
HOW TO ADD COMMENTS TO OTHER USERS POSTS:
If you see that another user has posted a comment or picture in the interactive gallery, you can click on it and then select "Add a new comment". Your comment will be displayed on the website.
In all cases, your personal contact details and email address will not be displayed on the site, this is to maintain your privacy. Of course, if you send a message directly to another user, they will see your email address and be able to reply directly.
All contributions will be very much appreciated so please don't hesitate to register or get in touch.
